Though we are local to Glenside, PA, and love working with our neighbors, we work all over Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties as well.
Founded in 2017 by Nicholas Scipione, NJS Renovations employs a team of skilled general contractors. We specialize in home additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other custom interior projects. We also execute exterior remodeling projects that include high-quality decks, patios, concrete work, retaining walls, and siding.
Consultations are complimentary. We aim to establish a partnership with our clients, allowing them to be as involved, or not, as they desire throughout the process of planning and designing their project.
Meet the NJS Renovations Team
It’s always nice to put a face to a name, right? Let us introduce the NJS Renovations team.
Nick - Founder, NJS Renovations - Nick is the backbone of the company. He meets with customers and handles job design, scheduling and planning. Though he maintains a company management role, he can also often be found on job sites assisting the crew. Nick is recently married and he and his wife welcomed their first child in 2024. He is a Philly sports fan and has Eagles season tickets. He has two cats and enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore in the summer.
Connor - Lead Carpenter - Connor has seven years of general contracting experience in all phases of construction. His favorite part of the job is problem solving and strategically planning projects to achieve a quality finished product. In his free time, he enjoys doing jiu jitsu, exercising and yard work.
Zack - Lead Carpenter - Zack has eight years of carpentry experience and is an expert at framing and finish carpentry. His favorite part of his job is building high-quality, long-lasting spaces that wow customers and improve their homes. He has a rescue dog whom he rescued from the Philadelphia SPCA. In his free time, Zack plays ice hockey and is a self-proclaimed grill master.
Luke - Journeyman Carpenter - Luke started with NJS in 2024. He has three years of carpentry experience. His favorite part of his job is working on projects that require thought and skill that push him to become a better craftsman. Luke is an eagle scout and a guitarist. He enjoys practicing with his band and playing shows.
Ryan - Journeyman Carpenter - Ryan has been with NJS since 2023. During his time with NJS he has become skilled in construction. Ryan’s favorite part of his work is that each job is different and allows for new skill-building and creativity. His work and attention to detail is top-knotch. Ryan enjoys watching sports, cooking and fishing.
